Background
Fight Sports and the California Fight Alliance is a privately owned company whose founders, Joe Pecora and Rhonda Lipnicki created to foster, develop, and promote amateur MMA athletes. Additionally, we strive to adhere to principles of promoting these athletes in a safe manner and to develop their skills to ready them for their next step, fighting professionally should they choose to do so. Safety, health, morality and ethics are our main goals as we strive to guide and develop these young fighters before their next big decision, one that could change their lives forever, a career as a professional MMA fighter.
Joe Pecora spent more than twenty years in professional boxing as a promoter, manager, and consultant. He has been involved in some of the biggest fights in boxing history. Additionally, He has been involved in MMA for the last ten years as well as concert promotion.
Rhonda Lipnicki is an entertainment industry veteran, with experience in career management as well as film production. She has been a longtime MMA fan and loves using her entertainment background in combination with her love of MMA.
The company is family-run and operated.
