Joe McGowen

From lake conroe Texas I was in the army infantryman and did g.f.t. I also have done lil bjj and kick boxing in a dojo but not much at all I want to do this bad and am new to this I want to benifit from this by getting in better shape and working hard to be the best I can at this. That said I am a fish out of water new to this.
