COMMAND Referee Course (Big John McCarthy)

This is to notify you that our next REFEREE course has now been confirmed for: FRIDAY, MARCH 30th THROUGH SUNDAY, APRIL 1st 2012 at our Valencia, CA location. As always, these are EXTREMELY long days (12+ hours each day) and therefore we do NOT recommend traveling on either of these days. The cost of the course is US$550.00. This course has limited space and is filled on a first registered, first served basis. Please do not delay in getting your paperwork in as soon as possible. Our front desk staff will confirm your space once your paperwork has been received and your credit card has been processed. To register: 1. Download the registration paperwork from our website at www.mmareferee.com 2. Fax all information to: 661 775-2905 3. Call our front office staff during business hours at 661 775-0365 and confirm receipt of your paperwork. 4. Either pay your registration fee online or through our front desk staff. IF YOU PAY ONLINE, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CROSS OUT THE PAYMENT INFORMATION SECTION ON YOUR REGISTRATION PAPERWORK AND NOTE THAT YOU PAID ONLINE. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN YOUR PAYMENT BEING CHARGED TWICE. 4. Once all paperwork has been received and the front desk has confirmed your spot, your paperwork will be forwarded to me. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from me (with all of the scheduling information) once the class has been filled. Your immediate confirmation of securing a spot will be supplied verbally by the front desk when they charge your credit card or the receipt you receive when ordering online.
